The contribution shows a wireless framework developed on the cost-effective Arduino hardware platform and used for measurements of cementitious composites. Wireless monitoring, visualization and control with real-time feedback during the experiment is shown. Firstly, the wireless setup is used for monitoring and controlling of in-situ temperature and moisture in an environmental chamber of a nanoindenter. The parameters are essential for proper coupling with mechanical results gained by the nanoindenter on cement samples. Secondly, pressure measurements in construction site conditions are remotely acquired on a wall cast from self-compacting concrete. Third, system feedback control is shown on an example of hydration heat monitoring. Temperature is remotely monitored during the experiment. Thermal damage to the cement sample is avoided by the system’s automated cooling.
