Neosinocalamus affinis is an important economic bamboo species in Sichuan, but the growing labor cost strongly restricts the development of bamboo industry. This experiment is intended to explore a more convenient and low-cost cutting mode without affecting the restoration of bamboo forests. It was found that 1/2 clear-cut mode did not affect the restoration of Neosinocalamus affinis forest and maximized the economic benefits, so it could be used as a new cutting mode of Neosinocalamus affinisforest.
