High cattle productivity related with intensive metabolism and intake of all nutrients in a certain amount. The blood chemistry value of cows taken biopreparation “Albit-Bio” was determined in this study. Thus, there was a correlation between the protein composition of the cow’s blood and the colostrum. In particular, in the first batch of cow’s colostrum, the dry matter content of the control and experimental groups of cows was 32.59±1.87%, and 38.09±0.93%, respectively. Similar differences were found in the content of other components of colostrum, which was the result of differences in the intensity of protein metabolism in animals. A positive correlation was found between the total protein content in the blood and the dry matter. The highest correlation coefficients were obtained from cows of the experimental group.
