In this paper, the elimination and choice translating reality (ELECTRE 1) method is proposed and expressed with bipolar intuitionistic fuzzy soft set (BIFS S). The purpose of this paper is to solve the multi criteria decision making problem in terms of bipolar intuitionistic fuzzy soft information. An illustration is given to explain the method.
