This article describes the process of developing a web service for evaluation the level of health as a graduation project as a task from the customer, in terms of which analyzes and identifies the principles and features of the development of web services in general, and web services in the field of medical services in particular, analyzes various means of developing web services, forms a technical task and describes the process of designing and developing a web service.
