The effect of loading solid lubricant fillers (polytetrafluoroethylene and molybdenum disulfide) on mechanical and tribotechnical properties of polymer polyetheretherketone based composites with carbon fibers of various dimensions was studied. It is shown that polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is more efficient solid lubricant filler for the PEEK. Wear resistance of the multicomponent composite "PEEK + 20 wt. % CF + 20 wt. % PTFE" increases by 5.5 times as compared to neat PEEK under testing by "metal pin-on-disk" scheme while by 3 times when ceramic ball was employed. The efficiency of loading solid lubricant fillers on formation of tribological properties of multicomponent antifriction PEEK–based composites is discussed.
