Among all skin lesions, special attention is paid to melanoma due to its extreme aggressiveness. Since the effectiveness of treatment for melanoma strongly depends on its early diagnosis, the development of new, highly effective methods for the early detection of dysplastic nevi and skin melanoma in situ remains a highly topical problem of modern medicine, applied physics and engineering sciences. A promising way to improve the effectiveness of early non- invasive rapid diagnosis of melanoma is the use of automated mobile systems, which allows determining the clinical signs of pigmented skin lesions based on the analysis of clinical diagnostic data. The work contains the main results of the design of an automated system for measuring the parameters of pigment lesions of the skin for the rapid diagnosis of melanoma. As well as software for a mobile system for measuring the parameters of skin pigmented lesions.
