As the global climate is deteriorating, national vulnerability has become a hot topic of concern. Climate change indirectly affects national vulnerability by influencing the political, economic, social and public nature of the country. We are divided into five aspects of politics, economy, society, public and climate through analytic hierarchy process, and the weights of each indicator are calculated. Divide countries into stable, vulnerable and vulnerable three types through rapid clustering. Then through the gradual analysis, we determine the weight of climate change on the impact of various indicators, and finally determine the impact of climate change on national Vulnerability linear model. Cite the concept of the FSI (Fragile States Index) to calculate the FSI of each country. We compared the vulnerability of country with climate changes and without climate changes in Sudan. Finally, we propose some recommendations for reducing the national vulnerability to environmental factors.
