The computer technology is used for constructing maps of the local and regional anomalies for the magnetic and gravitational fields for the Polar Eurasia sector. The algorithm for separating the anomalies by the different wavelength intervals is based on subsequent upward and downward data continuation. The downward continuation procedure is an ill-posed problem, and the regularization is applied. Selection of the regularization parameter is based on the interpretation results of the magnetic anomalies along seismic profiles. Recalculation of abnormal fields was carried out using parallel algorithms and software for multiprocessor computers. This work describes the mathematical apparatus and algorithms of parallel computations that are used for development of the related computer technologies. To construct the maps of local anomalies in the upper lithosphere we used calculated data of the magnetic and gravitational fields at 5 km mark. These maps were used for geological mapping. A map of basic and ultrabasic massifs located in the upper part of the basement under the sedimentary rocks was built for the Timan-Pechora and the West Siberian basins.
