In game sports, simplistically, 80 % of the player is genes and only 20% is of coaching. Therefore, the selection activity of the coach is more significant than training. An online resource was created [http://personal-champ.ra-first.com/championships] which allows generating a large number of micro matches of a personal championship with the usual ratio of players (4 by 4, 5 by 5, 6 by 6, etc.) with a uniform distribution of all players both partners and rivals. This allows you to see the difference created by the player during the time on the field, arrange them in descending order of such a difference and, thus, hold a contest among as many participants as you like. Such a contest should attract talented children from related sports that undoubtedly increases the potential of the club and national team. The web resource was created for futsal (coach of the national team – S.L. Skorovich, Merited Coach of Russia, Candidate of Education). The proposed on-line form for ordinary competitive sport clubs and sport schools for children and adolescents fills the gap in gaming practices and promotes a rapid growth of their skills. The individual event allows eliminating the subjectivity of coaching assessment.
