Objective: This article mainly analyzed the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy on breast cancer patients and its influence on immune function and hematopoietic function. Methods: 100 cases of breast cancer in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. In the experiment, the patients who received chemotherapy alone were divided into control group and those who received Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy were divided into observation group. The clinical efficacy, hematopoietic and immune function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The experimental results showed that the effective rate of the observation group was 64%, higher than that of the control group (44%, X2 = 4.0258, P < 0.05). After treatment, the CD8+ of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (t = 9.6974, 12.3625, 9.6998, P < 0.05). After treatment, the platelets, hemoglobin and white blood cells of the observation group were higher than those of the control the difference was significant (t = 12.5855, 15.6326, 18.9636, P < 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy for breast cancer patients is remarkable, which is helpful to improve the immune function and peripheral blood picture of patients.
