The main purpose of our study was to understand the effects of phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria on soil enzyme activity and microbial community in soybean rhizosphere. We applied wj1 and wj3 bacterial liquids to different treated soils, and observed the changes of soil activity in Soybean Rhizosphere under the action of exogenous phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria at different growth stages. According to the results of this study, when strain wj1 is in the growth stage, it can promote the activity of phosphatase in black soil. The number of microorganisms in soybean rhizosphere is affected by the amount of Phosphate solubilizing enzyme added to black soil, and the strains can promote the increase of the number of phosphorus-solubilizing bacteria and nitrogen-fixing bacteria in black soil to a certain extent.
