ATAC-seq (Assay of Transposase Accessible Chromatin with sequencing) is an important method for detecting chromatin accessible regions. Those accessible regions, called regulatome, mostly contain binding sites of regulator proteins. In recent years, more and more ATAC-seq data were produced and used to map the chromatin accessibility of eukaryotes. In order to obtain and use the published ATAC-seq data more efficiently, we constructed a database for human ATAC-seq data. The database uses mysql to collect and manage the ATAC-seq data meanwhile using Genomic browser, Jbrowser, to visualize the data. Through simple operation, user can get the ATAC-seq dataset that are in different forms and from different cell types, which will greatly benefit the comparative study for gene regulation across multiple cell types.
