Increasingly abundant of industrial waste and its difficulty to control has become a serious problem as public awareness of its pollution generated to the environment is getting better. One of these wastes is waste natural rubber latex whereas this waste is used in manufacturing concrete. Modification of concrete with waste natural rubber latex and eggshell powder has been investigated in this study. Series of concrete mixes consisting waste natural rubber latex (overcured latex) with variations of 0%, 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% of the weight of cement and eggshells powder with variations of 10%, 20%, and 30% of fine aggregates. The resulting concrete is then shaped into a cylindrical binder with dimensions of 15 × 30 cm and cured in water for 28 days. The results obtained from this study indicate that by increasing the composition of waste natural rubber latex, the density and compressive strength of the concrete decreases, while the absorption value increases, and the split tensile strength increases to an optimum point with the addition to 4%. On the other hand, the results of the study with the addition of eggshell powder showed that the density, absorption, and the split tensile strength are decreased as the composition of eggshell powder is increased, concrete as the composition of eggshells powder increased and the compressive strength decreased, while the compressive strength increases to an optimum point with the addition to 20%.
