The model development of result based management for Science learning management in the objectives aims to analyze; 1) the factors, current conditions and desirable conditions of result based management for Science learning management, 2) models development of result based management for Science learning management. This mixed method both to Participatory Action Research (PAR) with the key informants of the sampling were 670 persons of the voice director, teachers, the students in 3 and 6 secondary, the parents, the committees school. The participants from to multi- stage sampling random and focus groups to data collections by semi structure questionnaire and structure questionnaire in the data. Data analysis to analyze by descriptive strategically, percentage, mean average, standard deviation, PNI Modified, SWOT matrix. The study revealed that the factors, current conditions and desirable conditions of result based management for Science learning management on the factors of internals to current conditions of a level at high levels, and desirable conditions of a level at most levels, that the highly needed items of planning and implementing (PNI Modified= .33), the externals into current conditions of a level at high levels, and desirable conditions of a level at most levels, that the highly Needed Items of society (PNI Modified= 0.27), and economy (PNI Modified= 0.26). The result based management for Science learning management models of a “Key” at 7 elements were leadership, strategic planning, focusing of process management, focusing of personnel, focusing of students, measurement analysis and knowledge management, and results.
