We discuss the baryon asymmetry generated in the Scalar Field Condensate (SCF) baryogenesis model in different inflationary scenarios. The produced baryon asymmetry depends on the generated baryon excess in the SCF model after the decay of the baryon charge carrying scalar field and the reheating of the Universe at the end of inflation. The dependence of the generated baryon excess on the SFC model’s parameters is briefly reviewed. Then we estimate the baryon asymmetry value obtained for different reheating temperatures in different inflationary scenarios.
