In the future information warfare, cruise missiles will be an important means of combating enemy high-value military targets, showing the characteristics of precise guidance, strong penetration capability and high power, since cruise missiles can match terrain with ultra-low altitude flight and radar reflection area is small, it is difficult to track. In order to effectively solve the tracking problem, this paper proposes a tracking algorithm based on IMM-Singer model, which integrates IMM model and Singer model. It can effectively solve the problems of low precision, large amount of calculation, and time lag of Singer model. The results of Monte Carlo simulation show that the IMM-Singer model algorithm has stronger tracking ability than single IMM model algorithm, and has better stability, stronger anti-interference ability and higher tracking accuracy, which greatly improves the Tracking performance for the cruise missile.
