Ordinary swing sticks have a certain room for improvement in terms of saving manpower, speeding up the moment, and improving the efficiency of strikes. The power-enhanced swing stick is designed with a weight slider in the structure. During the flapping process, the weight slider moves to the end, this enhances the strike ability. With the help of SolidWorks design software, the initial parameters are determined from the similar badminton racket waving motion, the mechanics principle is used for data analysis, and the reasonable overlap length and casing thickness between the design of the stick body and the stage are calculated. The prototype was made and tested several times. The corresponding test methods were set for various waving actions, and the relevant performance parameter data were obtained for analysis and comparison. It is concluded that the impact performance of the lightweight main body swing stick is significantly enhanced after it is equipped with components such as a weight slider that can move axially back and forth.
