The porous films of aluminum oxide were prepared from a solution of sulfuric acid by the method of electrochemical anodization on the surface of aluminum. The morphology of the surface of aluminum oxide was investigated by scanning electron microscopy. A qualitative elemental analysis of the initial and oxidized aluminum films was carried out by the electron microprobe analysis. A protective composite film (polypyrrole)/(aluminum oxide) was deposited by electrochemical synthesis in the regime of galvanostatic oxidation of a conducting polypyrrole, over a porous alumina film on the aluminum surface. The properties of the composite film (polypyrrole)/(aluminum) have been studied by the methods of current-voltage characteristics, impedance and infrared Fourier spectroscopy.
