A proposal was made to include a focusing lens in the system to increase the light flux to the center of the Photonic Wire Bonding (PWB) intersection where an emitter of single photons should be located. Using the Direct Laser Writing (DLW) method based on two-photon photopolymerization suggestions are made for the development of the method by including an additional laser for a significant increase in spatial resolution (STED – Stimulated Emission Depletion).
