Water-base nanodispersions of oxygen-containing gadolinium compounds were obtained via condensation method. It is shown that the systems have sedimentation and aggregative stability at dispersion medium pH range from 7,2 to 9,0 pH points. Particle size has a range from 15 to 70 nm. Synthesized hydrosols can find their application in obtaining high-effective contrast agents, used in magneting resonance imaging.
