The present work primarily considers heminearness spaces in soft set theory. On one side, we showed the relation between the category of heminearness spaces and the category of soft binary heminearness spaces and on the other side, we gave examples of heminearness spaces in soft set theory. The various notions introduced are supported by examples. The set of all soft heminearness structures on U forms a complete lattice.
