Composite materials are extensively used in aerospace applications due to their higher specific strength. These materials are judged by its properties and behavior under different loading conditions. In this paper developed a mathematical relation to predict the failure of composite material under tensile load by using Weibull distribution. Tensile hoop stress and failure stresses of composite specimens were found by NOL ring test. Characteristics of Weibull distribution were found by the tensile test data and develop the distribution curves. Probability of failure of the composite materials can be effectively predicted by these curves.
