In this article, the three-dimensional(3D3V) parallel numerical model based on the Particle-In-Cell method for simulation of beam-plasma interaction is presented. The first results of the three-dimensional counter-streaming electron beams simulation are presented. Computer simulationswith parameters close to the condition of laboratory experiment show enhanced electromagnetic emission near the second harmonic of plasma frequency.
