Land degradation is a serious problem of unrecoverable soil loss on the sloping land. This research objectives were to determined the effect of weed control and different tillage treatment on losses of nutrient and organic matter in sloping lands. The experiments was design as Randomized Complete Block Design on 2 factor: the first order factor was conventional tillage (CT) and no tillage (NT); the second order factor was botanical herbicide of cashew nut shell extract and without with weed control with four replication. The result showed that the soil treatment (CT, and NT), botanical herbicide, and the combination of both did not have significantly difference at concentrations of Mg-dd, Ca-dd, and K-dd in erosion sediments. But, the soil treatment (CT, and NT), botanical herbicide, and the combination of both have significantly difference on concentrations of the total N, C-organic, and P-availability. The data showed non-selective erosion processes because Enrichment Ratio value is not more than one. The CT and NT caused C-organic loss l3.062 kg/ha and 2.004 kg/ha, respectively. This has a negative effect on soil fertility and yields which in effect reduces of black grass jelly plants production and fertilizer is carried away by erosion.
