This article discusses the problems that arise when designing an optoelectronic sensor for deflecting from linearity, and proposes solutions to these problems. In addition, the requirements for the optical reference system and the characteristics of the photosensor are discussed. The final system has a high measurement accuracy and has a competitive cost, which will ensure its advantage over other solutions.
