Based on the analysis and numerical calculation data were obtained on the stress-deformed state of the pneumatic actuator: generalized displacement nodes, components, and invariants stress and strain tensors at several locations within the element, the forces and moments supports reactions at the nodes on which are set the boundary conditions, the contact pressure. With the use of additive technology, a mold is prepared for casting an elastomeric actuator. Based on the results of numerical calculations, the working capacity of the proposed design was confirmed.
