Static permittivity (ε0) and permittivity at optical frequency (ε) of the Benzaldehyde (BZ), Methanol (MeOH) and their binary mixtures were measured in the temperature range from 293.15 K to 323.15 K (in the interval of 10 K). From the ε0 and ε other parameters such as effective Kirkwood correlation factor (geff), corrective Kirkwood correction factor (gf), Bruggman factor (fB), excess permittivity (ε0E) and permittivity at optical frequency (εE) were evaluated.
