A technique is developed for calculating the width of the contact edge of the roller-heater in a unit for thermo-adhesive extraction of diamond grains from a concentrate based on an analysis of the temperature field dynamics in the “heating element– diamond–thermo-adhesive substance” system. The developed technique will increase the efficiency and productivity of the plant.
