The complex dielectric permittivity measurements of the binary mixtures of 3-bromoanisole (3-BA) and methanol (MeOH) of varying concentration were carried out in the frequency range 20 Hz to 2 MHz at 293.15 K temperature. From this loss tangent (tanδ=ɛ″/ɛ′) was determined and plotted against frequency. In the tanδ plots, peak corresponding to electrode polarization relaxation frequency (fEP) was observed. From fEP electrode polarization relaxation time τEP was calculated for each mixture concentration. Static dielectric constant (ε0) and excess static permittivity (ε0E) were also determined. Effect of concentration variation of components of the mixtures on the determined parameters is investigated.
