It is supposed that the variations of the depth of the orbital photometric minimum of the eclipsing symbiotic binary BF Cyg during its last eruption after 2006 is due to appearance of an accretion disc-like envelope which collimates the stellar wind of the outbursting compact object. The calculated U BVRcIc fluxes of the uneclipsed part of the envelope are in agreement with the observed residual of the depths of the first and second orbital minima.
