The research was conducted to evaluate and analyze the results of the CT image autocontouring Prism TPS using confusion matrix and ROC methods. This study begins by treating thoracic CT images using a grayscale format TPS Prism software. Autocontouring done in the area of spinal cord and right lung with appropriate parameter settings window. The average value of the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy for 23 slices of spinal cord are 0.93, 0.99, and 0.99. For two slices of the right lung, average value of sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of 2 slices were 0.99, 0.99, and 0.99. These values are classified as ‘Excellent’.
