We present here the zero temperature dynamic structural transformation of driven vortices in low Tc type-II superconductors. In our simulation we observed anomalous kinks in the voltage current characteristics curves in a small parameter region of the phase space. The analysis of the real space configuration of the vortices reveals a structural change in this region. We also studied the pin density dependence of this anomaly.
