Hot electron energy (ELR) and momentum (MLR) loss rates due to acoustic phonons (APs) and surface polar phonons (SPPs) scattering are studied as a function of electron temperature Te in a bilayer graphene. Hot phonon effect is taken in to account for SPP. Hot phonon effect is found to reduce both ELR and MLR significantly. For Te less than about 150 (180)K the AP scattering dominates ELR(MLR). At very low Te, for APs, ELR ∼ Te4 and MLR ∼ Te2.5.
