The memristor devices were developed basing on interpolyelectrolyte complexes of Polyaniline - electron conductive polymer and Nafion - ion conductive polymer. The films demonstrate clear resistive switch behavior in the voltage range 0.6 - 1.6 Volt. The change of red-ox states of Polyaniline, which is controlled by in situ measuring the optical absorbance spectra of polymer films is responsible, from our point of view, for the memrisitve behaviour of complexes
