The particulate composites with chemical composition (y) Ni0.65Cd0.3Cu0.05Fe2O4 + (1-y) BaTiO3, in which y varies as 0.15, 0.30 and 0.45 mole% of ferrite phase were synthesized by standard double sintering ceramic technique. The formation of cubic spinel structure of ferrite phase and tetragonal pervoskite structure of ferroelectric phase in the composites were confirmed by X-ray diffraction studies. The multiferroic properties i.e. ferromagnetic and ferroelectric hysteresis loops of the composites were studied. The saturation magnetization and magnetic moment increases while the saturation polarization and remnant polarization decreases with increase of the ferrite content in the composites. All the composites show the multiferroic in nature.
