A systematic review of results involving fusion of weakly bound systems is presented. Those systems involve both stable and radioactive weakly bound projectiles. The systematic is studied through the comparison of data for several systems, using the procedure of analyzing renormalized fusion functions. The systematic of complete fusion suppression of reactions induced by 9Be as a function of the target charge is also shown. Through the analysis of elastic scattering data for weakly bound systems, we also present the systematics for the values of total reaction cross sections and the presence of the breakup threshold anomaly in the interacting potential of those systems.
