The Trojan Horse Method allows for the measurements of cross section in nuclear reaction between charged particles at astrophysical energies. The basic features of the method are discussed in the non resonant reactions case. A review of applications aimed to extract the bare nucleus astrophysical factor for two body processes are presented. The information on electron screening potential were obtained from comparison with direct experiments of fusion reactions.
