Resistors R, 2R, …. 100R are connected in a single loop in the order of increasing resistance. One terminal of an ideal battery with emf ε is connected between resistors R and 100 R. Between which two resistors should the other terminal be connected so that the battery current is the smallest possible? What is that current?
