In the September 2013 issue of The Physics Teacher (p. 330), Hewitt asked an interesting question on the best definition of weight. The reason for weight being defined as the force you exert on a support surface was provided. However, we may let students understand the perspectives of all four possible answers in this thought-provoking question:

Instead of telling students that there is only one correct answer to a question, we may let them learn from a wider perspective.
